These terms apply to your use of xudengcnc.com (“this website”). The website is operated by PTS Industrial Limited (“PTS Industrial”), a company registered in mainland China, trading online as XUDENG CNC. By using this website or sending us an enquiry, you accept these terms.
1. About this website
This website describes the CNC turning, milling and precision machining services we offer, the materials we machine and the industries we serve. The information is general guidance, not a binding offer. Drawing, material, tolerance, finish and quantity are agreed in writing for each job.
2. Quotations and orders
We prepare quotations from the drawings and specifications you send us. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. A contract exists only when we confirm your order in writing.
You are responsible for the drawings, models and specifications you send, and for confirming that they are complete and correct before production starts. Parts are manufactured to the dimensions and tolerances agreed in writing.
3. Your drawings and intellectual property
You confirm that you own, or are authorised to use, the drawings and technical data you send us. We use them only to prepare a quotation and to manufacture your order. We do not use them for any other customer or any other purpose, and we do not disclose them outside PTS Industrial except to the suppliers and service providers involved in producing or delivering your order.
4. Our content
The text, photographs, drawings, logo and layout of this website belong to PTS Industrial or are used with permission. You may read, download and print pages in order to do business with us; any other reproduction or commercial use needs our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, its administration area or its data;
- Do not use automated tools in a way that degrades the website for other visitors;
- Do not upload malicious code or use this website for an unlawful purpose.
6. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep this website accurate, but capabilities, materials, standards and lead times change. Where the website and the agreed drawing or written quotation differ, the drawing and the quotation govern.

10. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any quotation or contract that results from them, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website is brought before the people’s court with jurisdiction at the place where PTS Industrial Limited is registered in mainland China.
